Ingredients
- 1 ball(8 oz) burrata cheese
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 16 slices crusty bread, grilled

Instructions
- Place the burrata in a shallow bowl. Slice the top of the burrata to expose its creamy center.
- In another bowl, mix the olive oil, basil, lemon zest and juice.
- Pour the lemon basil mixture over the burrata and season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the grilled bread with olive oil and serve with the burrata.
