Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dates pitted chopped roughly
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic optional
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions
- Chop the dates and mix will the olive oil, lemon juice, cilantro, parsley and salt and pepper. If you want you can add a small amount of minced garlic.
