large potatoes
washed, unpeeled

olive oil

ground dried oregano

ground cumin

hot paprika

ground black pepper

ground turmeric

ground coriander

chili powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350 F; Line and oil 3 baking trays.
Cut each potato in to wedges. Toss potatoes with all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Place wedges, in single layers, on the lined trays; roast uncovered turning occasionally, about 40 minutes or until crisp and cooked through.
