High quality artisan chocolate makes all the difference in flavor when preparing chocolate treats and desserts for the holidays. Taste three fine, artisan chocolates selected by Analiese Paik and discover their unique flavor profiles, cacao sources, and culinary uses. Then, learn proper techniques for melting and working with high-quality chocolate as Chef Silvia demonstrates how to prepare flourless chestnut torte and chocolate truffles. End the evening networking with guests as you sip hot chocolate topped with homemade marshmallows and savor flourless chestnut torte and chocolate truffles.
Each guest will receive Chef Silvia’s chocolate dessert recipes to prepare at home and flavor profiles and sourcing guidance for each chocolate from Analiese Paik.
